We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not sell personal information for money.
We generally retain account and study data while your account is active and for as long as reasonably necessary to provide TutorPro. If you delete your account, we delete or de-identify associated account, study, and conversation data, subject to limited backup, fraud-prevention, transaction, tax, accounting, dispute, or legal-retention needs. Apple, Google, Stripe, Google Analytics, and Google AdMob retain information under their own policies.
You can update some account information in TutorPro settings. You can permanently delete your account and associated TutorPro data from Settings → Delete Account. If you cannot sign in, email support@tutorpro.ai from the address connected to your account. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information, and to appeal or complain to a regulator.
Deleting a TutorPro account does not cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google. Cancel those subscriptions in the applicable store account settings.
TutorPro is intended for SAT and ACT learners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it. A parent or legal guardian should supervise a minor’s use of TutorPro and any purchase.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. TutorPro and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate.
We may update this policy as TutorPro changes. We will post the new effective date here and provide additional notice when required by law.
