Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of tutorpro.ai, the TutorPro iOS and Android apps, and related services (collectively, “TutorPro”). By accessing or using TutorPro, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use TutorPro.

You must be at least 13 years old to create or use a TutorPro account. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms and supervise your use, including purchases.

TutorPro provides SAT and ACT diagnostics, practice questions, full-length practice tests, progress tracking, estimated scores, and AI-generated tutoring explanations. Features, limits, and availability may differ between the website, iOS app, Android app, free plan, and Pro plan.

TutorPro is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the College Board or ACT, Inc. SAT and ACT are trademarks of their respective owners.

You must provide accurate information, keep login credentials secure, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may not sell, transfer, or share access to your account.

AI responses, explanations, estimated scores, and study recommendations may be incomplete or incorrect. Review important answers independently and do not rely on TutorPro as an official score, admissions decision, or guarantee of results. TutorPro does not guarantee any score increase, test outcome, admission, or scholarship. Individual results vary.

Free features may be supported by advertising in the mobile apps. Pro ordinarily removes those ads while the subscription remains active. We may change free features or reasonable usage limits, but we will not charge you without your authorization through the applicable checkout or app store.

Website purchases: The website currently offers Pro Monthly at $24.99 per month and Pro Yearly at $239.88 per year, before applicable taxes or valid discounts. Website payments are processed by Stripe. The price and billing period shown at checkout control if they differ from this page.

Mobile purchases: The iOS and Android apps offer a monthly auto-renewing TutorPro Pro subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Local price and currency are displayed in the app before purchase and may differ from website pricing.

Auto-renewing subscriptions renew unless cancelled before the renewal cutoff shown by the billing platform. You may cancel website billing through TutorPro account settings, Apple billing through Apple subscription settings, or Google Play billing through Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewals and access ordinarily continues through the paid period. Deleting the TutorPro account does not automatically cancel an Apple or Google subscription.

Refunds are governed by the platform that processed the purchase and applicable law. Apple or Google handles refund requests for purchases made through its store. For a website billing issue, contact support.

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content you do not have the right to use or that infringes another person’s rights
• Attempt to bypass security, usage limits, purchase verification, or access controls
• Reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or redistribute TutorPro or its question bank except where the law expressly permits it
• Use automated tools to overload or access the service without permission
• Misrepresent your identity or interfere with another user’s use of TutorPro

You retain rights you have in questions, text, images, or feedback you submit. You grant TutorPro and its service providers a limited license to host, process, transmit, and use that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. Do not upload sensitive information that is unnecessary for a tutoring request.

TutorPro software, branding, question banks, explanations, study materials, and other service content are owned by TutorPro or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use TutorPro for your own educational purposes.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, impose reasonable limits, or perform maintenance. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may update these Terms and will post the effective date here. If a material change requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it as required.

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, or abuse TutorPro. You may stop using TutorPro and delete your account in settings. Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including payment obligations, intellectual-property provisions, disclaimers, and liability limits, will survive.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TutorPro is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so they may not apply to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TutorPro and its operators, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or opportunities arising from TutorPro. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
